- ** Your Role **:As Sea Logistics Process + Systems Manager:in, you will be responsible for demand management, requirements engineering, KPI analysis, consultation with local operators and managers, and delivering optimized solutions for our Processes + Systems to increase productivity for our Suisse organization on a national level. You will also be responsible to create SOPs for Shared Service Centers (SSC) and deliver training materials to end-users of Sea Logistics Systems + Processes. - ** Your Responsibilities**:
- Responsive and solution oriented support + service management towards our KN Sea Logistics Systems + Processes
- Demand Management and Requirements engineering; alignment of requirements with national and regional internal stakeholders and management
- Control of the KPI set-up and analysis, creation of statistics and reports
- Consultation with local operators and managers to ensure proper workflow
- Providing resulting solutions to optimize and increase productivity
- Deliver trainings and training material for end-users of Sea Logistics Systems + Processes
- Creation of SOPs / Working Instructions in cooperation and input of operational stakeholders for the SSC
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- Educational background in Logistics or equivalent degree
- Deep understanding of Sea Logistics processes and operations for Export, Import and Crosstrade
- Experience with implementing new systems and/or processes
- Quality and customer-oriented personality and the ability to convince different stakeholder with your pro-active way of work
- Analytical mindset and advanced user skills in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and German
- Willingness to travel to branches within Switzerland
