**Deine Verantwortung**:

- _ HR-Ansprechpartner_in für alle in der Schweiz ansässigen Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte der zugewiesenen Funktionen und Unterstützung bei deren laufenden HR-Fragen, einschließlich Anleitung/Unterstützung zu globalen HR-Prozessen
- Leiten der jährlichen HR-Prozesse wie Talentmanagement, Nachfolgeplanung, Leistungsmanagement und Überprüfung der Vergütung für die zugewiesenen Funktionen
- Förderung der Entwicklung von Menschen und Fähigkeiten innerhalb der unterstützten Funktion
- Mitwirkung an HR-Projekten und Steuerung von HR-Initiativen - von der Idee bis zur Fertigstellung - zur Verbesserung der Effizienz und Bereitstellung von HR-Unterstützung für die Unternehmensorganisation

**Deine Skills**:

- Bachelorabschluss in Human Resources oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft
- Weiterbildung im Bereich Schweizer Arbeitsrecht
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einem multinationalen Unternehmen, eigenständige Bearbeitung lokaler HR-Angelegenheiten mit nachgewiesener Erfolgsbilanz bei der Bereitstellung effektiver HR-Lösungen, die verschiedene Aspekte des Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus unterstützen
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Personalbereichen, z. B. Generalisten, HR-Services, Gehaltsabrechnung, Mitarbeiterbeziehungen, Weiterbildung & Entwicklung, Vergütung & Benefits
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
