People Managers responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies, living and forming our culture, organize merch and events like our quarterly 7-day trips to another city or monthly off-sites. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, including Time management tools and Applicant Tracking Systems. Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees. Take an active role in shaping our culture and the future of grape

**Requirements**:

- **️ What you will be working on***:

- Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
- Participate in job fairs and career events
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
- Host in-house recruitment events

**About you***:

- Hands-on experience with HR Software (Workable, BambooHR)
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to foster healthy employee relations
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
