**Dein Wirkungsfeld**:
- Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Organisation der richtigen Markenbotschafter:innen für unsere Kunden an Events, Messen & bei Promotionen
- Du stellst eine umfassende Beratung, Planung & Umsetzung von Live-Marketing-Aktivitäten mit Promotor:innen & Hostessen sicher
- Du bist verantwortlich für die laufende Rekrutierung, Schulungen & die Betreuung unseres Promotor:innen Pools
**Das bringst du mit**:
- Du verfügst idealerweise über mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Promotionsbranche, bestenfalls auf Agenturseite
- Du bist kommunikativ stark, belastbar, lösungs
- & kundenorientiert & bringst viel Flexibilität mit
- Du zeichnest dich durch hohe Selbstständigkeit & grosses Organisationstalent aus
- Mit deiner spürbaren Leidenschaft begeisterst du unsere Kunden, Promotor:innen & Hostessen gleichermassen & liebst es, in einem dynamischen, unternehmerischen Umfeld zu arbeiten & Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Du hast ein hohes Mass an Engagement & bist für Abend-& Wochenendeinsätze verfügbar
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse & bringst sehr gute mündliche Französischkenntnisse mit
- Du bist gewillt Promotionseinsätze zu leisten
