Microsoft Dynamics Coc Manager Position

**Your tasks****:

- In this newly created role, you will support our Global transformation. As MS Dynamics CRM Manager, you will have the global responsibility of developing the Center of Competence on Microsoft Dynamics CRM for GF Machining Solutions
- You are the solution architect for MS D365 CRM working in collaboration with Enterprise architect, other business transformation and IT teams.
- You define and implement MS Dynamics vision in alignment with other business transformation, IT teams as well as GF group corporate IT.
- You develop and sustain the center of competence around MS Dynamics CRM
- You maintain MS Dynamics CRM solution operability to serve business, and drive continuous improvement of the platform
- You provide support to business users and manage Change Request and Tickets

**Your profile****:

- Master Degree in computer science, business administration or similar
- Successful track record of 8+ years in IT delivery
- 5+ years with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI and Power Apps) products
- Work experience in a multinational company, ideally in an industrial environment
- Previous experience being involved in the development and implementation of IT architecture targets and roadmaps, thinking top-down and providing a vision to the business
- Experience in building user Power Platform product user communities (user adoption & empowerment)
- Fluent in English, the ability to work in French would be an advantage
- Experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps)
- Good knowledge in the analysis and design of business processes in marketing, sales and service
- Strong problem-solving skills with a very solid and structured mindset
- Very pragmatic hands-on mentality
