Job Description**
Working as a member of our Natural Resources business unit, you will coordinate order to invoice management activities and global product line operations for our international portfolio of clients.**
**More specifically, you will**:

- Manage global product-line operations for SGS Natural Resources clients;
- Respond to and maintain records of client inspection and laboratory services enquiries;
- Make service offers and monitor the progress of work with SGS affiliates, laboratories and our client;
- Analyze and cross-check inspection data;
- Review reports and certificates issued by SGS Affiliates to meet global clients’ requirements;
- Comply with business policy and requirements on inspection protocols and use of disclaimers;
- Coordinate billing procedures with SGS affiliates and generate invoices for global clients;
- Manage job files as per internal control system matrix (ICS Minerals Sales to Receivable Cycle).

**Qualifications**:

Working knowledge and good understanding of metals commodities trade and inspection services;
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Outlook and working knowledge of BOSS Oracle (Order to Management module) is an asset;
- Fluent in English. Other languages are a benefit.

Additional Information**
This position will be based at our office in Geneva.
