**Job Description**:
**What is your mission at LINK?**

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers for our innovative SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions in the field of brand controlling and brand performance in Switzerland. Your tasks will include:

- Identifying potential new B2B customers, proactively building and systematically maintaining excellent relationships with suitable contact persons in these companies via online and offline channels (partly also at C-level), including by means of cold acquisition.
- Supplementary processing of the targets predefined by LINK
- Networking and proactive generation of new contacts, among other things through participation in specialist and networking events in a wide range of sectors (financial services, health insurance, telecommunications, retail, FMCG, healthcare, sports, energy, etc.)
- Familiarising yourself with the needs of target customers, creating specific, convincing sales materials and presentations
- Organising and conducting customer meetings and sales presentations (partly on your own, partly together with industry experts and LINK product owners)
- Independent, systematic follow-up of leads and sales opportunities, creation and maintenance of an effective sales plan
- Close coordination of sales activities with various stakeholders at LINK (in Switzerland) as well as internationally (within the YouGov Group).
- Achievement of sales and revenue targets as well as targets along the sales pipeline
- Reporting and close exchange of experience within the team

**Qualifications**:

- At least three years of professional experience in sales or business development, ideally in the sale of a marketing or analytics-related software/SaaS solution
- Affinity for digital products and software solutions as well as for market research; ideally experience with the most important market research methods
- In-depth understanding of marketing challenges, interest in topics such as branding, marketing controlling, target group segmentation and targeting
- Strong hands-on mentality, motivation and ambition to drive and develop our business (entrepreneurial spirit), building and expanding our business network
- Very good oral and written communication in German and English, French is a plus
- Customer-oriented appearance, quality awareness and very good organisational skills, numerical understanding and structured working method
