In line with Nyon Mission 2030 Strategy, Operational Excellence is very important in achieving the site performance and culture objectives. This requires for every person on site to perform continuously better every day to deliver the Site scorecards year after year.
Operational Excellence Manager:
The purpose of this job is to drive the business transformation in selected areas, deliver selected strategic initiatives of Nyon site while instilling a Continuous Improvement mindset and culture. The job holder is also accountable for delivering the methods and the tools to support the WoW and the processes defined (digitalisation of process, data analytics dashboards, KPIs...)
- This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following _
- Influencing Business Leaders and Sponsors towards priorities alignment
- Supporting the Immediate Operational Critical Business Needs by using Problem Solving, Lean and TPM tools to reduce and eliminate the sources of defects/waste and increase productivity direct and indirect)
- Implementing CI tools and systems across the site departments including digital solutions in coaching and bringing teams to succeed with methodology as well as hands-on support development in a systemic and sustainable manner.
- Support and coach the HAPS Methodology when already implemented within the PCTs to ensure sustainably of the system.
- Role model Continuous Improvement mindset and best practice sharing across departments and from sites/ above site meetings and build and maintain a Continuous Improvement knowledge database.
- Act and support in the coordination of the Site CI Projects and Digital initiatives with all stakeholders (Tech, Data teams, local actors, 3rd party solution provider...)
- Provide Training of all CI Problem Solving methods as well as Project coaching
- Benchmarking the Site performance against other sites / companies and ensure appropriate upskilling of CI change agents and site talents with the support of external Greenbelt/Blackbelt certifications providers.

Basic Qualifications:
- We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:_
- University Degree (BSc) or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Data Science or related fields
- Proven track record of successful implementation of operational excellence initiatives and change management resulting in both financial and non-financial benefit, and behavioural changes
- Very good level of understanding of Lean / Sigma (Master Black Belt / Black Belt minimum or equivalent)
- Good command of PowerBI, Database (SQL, PowerQuery) ability to develop new tools
- SAP e2e process understanding
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.
