**Deine Aufgabe**
- Du begeisterst unsere Kunden in herausfordernden Machine Learning Projekten und bringst dich und dein Fachwissen wertvoll ein.
- Du hilfst mit bei der Entwicklung von Machine Learning Lösungen von der ersten Idee bis hin zur Implementierung und Operationalisierung.
- Du entwickelst Algorithmen und Methoden zur Datenanalyse für konkrete Anwendungen in unterschiedlichsten Branchen. Dabei kombinierst Du Dein Statistikwissen mit Deiner Leidenschaft für Softwareentwicklung.
- Du bist von der Datenaufbereitung, Modellierung bis zur Visualisierung mit dabei und erreichst in Deinem motivierten und interdisziplinären Team Spitzenleistungen.

**Dein Talent**
- Du verfügst über einen Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss in Computer Science, Mathematik oder einem ähnlichen Fachgebiet. Dabei hast Du Dich intensiv mit dem Thema Machine Learning auseinandergesetzt. Lücken in Deinem Technologiewissen schliesst Du «on the job» wie auch mit unserem Weiterbildungsangebot.
- Du hast Dich bereits mit Anwendungsdomänen von Machine Learning (z.B. Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision) auseinandergesetzt und verfügst über gute Statistikkenntnisse.
- Du kennst Dich mit dem Python Machine Learning Stack (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) aus und hast auch bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Softwareentwicklung gesammelt.
- Dank Deiner kommunikativen Persönlichkeit fühlst Du Dich in interdisziplinären Teams wohl und arbeitest kundenorientiert, von der Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung einer Lösung.
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab. Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
