**This role can be based in Zug or Lausanne, Switzerland.**
Global Marketing Manager OTC is a part of the Marketing team of the Galderma Global Consumer Business Unit and is reporting to Global Head of OTC Brands and dotted lined to the Head of Cx HCP Marketing.
The purpose of the role is to lead overall OTC HCP marketing strategy - collaborate with cross-functional Teams (R&D, Legal, Medical Affairs and Regulatory) and other key stakeholders to ensure that the HCP marketing strategy is aligned to and supportive of the overall brand strategy. Additionally, as a part of the OTC Marketing Team, this role will support selective marketing projects, related to communicating science of our brands.
Working closely with the Head of Cx HCP Marketing, you will be responsible for this **Core Mission**:
- Gain input from and create alignment with region and main markets in terms of key priorities, innovation projects and toolkit deployment and delivery of aligned priorities. Share learnings and best practice across markets to raise overall market performance levels.
- Support the development of innovation strategy and pipeline and deliver to global markets via 'ready-to-use' toolkit that they can work with immediately. Actively partner with lead markets in delivery of consumer communications and brand packaging.
- Lead interactions with other GBU functions to ensure alignment on shared business goals and delivery of initiatives to meet business needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute innovative, impactful marketing strategies and tactics targeted toward healthcare professionals
- Participate in and actively provide input to Global Marketing operating plans and initiatives
- Deliver HCP toolkits behind all NPD launches and major communication campaigns
- Assist with the development and optimization of omni-channel campaign and core advertising assets (websites, digital advertising, sales materials, trainings, etc.)
- Lead KOL interactions, and Cx presence at KOL advisory boards and major Congresses (EADV etc.)
- Help ensure brand promotional presence at key scientific conferences, and attend scientific sessions
- Provide strategic guidance and toolkits / assets to markets to optimize all engagements with HCPs
- Participate in the generation of market insights and KPIs to measure success. Optimize initiatives based on these insights and KPIs
- Contribute to the HCP brand planning, including budget management for tactics and agencies
- Determine and leverage HCP synergies across Galderma and upskilling Cx OTC HCP capabilities
- Work closely with creative agencies to manage all HCP marketing assets and toolkits.
- Additional duties as assigned by Global Head of OTC
**Requirements**:
- MD, PhD, MSc or MBA equivalent ideal or other equivalent professional qualification
- Proficiency in English
- More than 6 years’ experience in respected international companies, ideally with 4+ in skincare / OTC and with Medical marketing experience, at a local, regional or global level.
- Strong strategic and tactical marketing skills
- Demonstrated organizational savvy and self-awareness
- Ability to rapidly adapt and execute plans in fast paced, results-oriented environment
- Successful track record of engaging persuasively with KOLs & HCPs (ideally but not necessarily dermatologists) and working in a matrix organization
- Track record of demonstrating ability to use clinical and technological data to motivate HCPs via professional detailing aids and other communication materials
- Advanced in building strong brand stories that HCPs and consumers elevate above their competitive set
- Advanced in driving connectivity with target HCPs and consumers in a digital world
- Ideally experience of working in or closely with a US affiliate Advanced in ability to turn complex scientific materials into compelling, easy to follow narratives
