In dieser spannenden Funktion führen Sie nicht nur Regie, sondern gestalten den weiteren Aufbau und die Entwicklung unseres Brands aktiv mit.

Aufgaben

Sie sind ein breit abgestützter Marketing
- und Kommunikationsprofi:

- Sie konzipieren, planen, realisieren, koordinieren und kontrollieren interne und externe Marketing
- und Kommunikationsmassnahmen für die Selectchemie AG und gestalten unseren Auftritt nach innen und aussen.
- Sie erarbeiten eine integrierte Kommunikationsstrategie und setzen diese via diverse Kommunikationskanäle (Webseite, Social Media, Newsletter, usw.) um.
- Sie erarbeiten und führen eine neue Intranet-Lösung ein.
- Sie bereiten den Content für Marketing Unterlagen, Webseite, Social-Media, Messen etc. sowie Intranet regelmässig auf.
- Sie stellen einen kohärenten Markenauftritt unter Einhaltung der Corporate Identity / des Corporate Designs bei allen unserer Mitarbeitenden sicher.
- Sie sind die zentrale Anlaufstelle für alle Fragen in Bezug auf Marketing und Kommunikation.
- Sie erarbeiten zusammen mit HR eine Employer Branding Strategie und übernehmen die operative Projektleitung.
- Sie sind für den Auftritt und die Teilnahme von Selectchemie AG an der/n jährlichen CPhI-Messe/n verantwortlich.
- Sie unterstützen unsere verschiedenen Business Units bei diversen internen und externen Events und Projekten in Bezug auf Marketing und Kommunikation.

Qualifikation
- Adäquate Aus
- und/oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Marketing/Kommunikation und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position

(Erfahrung im Chemie-/Pharma-/Nutrition-Bereich sind von Vorteil)
- Affinität für digitales Marketing und Interesse an neuen Technologien
- Fundierte Vertrautheit mit CMS- und Online-Tools und der gängigen Web-Analytics-Tools (z.B. SEO) - Kenntnis von Grafikprogrammen sind von Vorteil
- Konzeptionelle Denkweise und initiative Persönlichkeit mit starker Umsetzungsfähigkeit und selbständiger Arbeitsweise
- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind eine Voraussetzung, weitere Sprachen sind ein Vorteil
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu vereinfachen und verständlich zu machen
- Offene und kommunikative Art sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Hohe intrinsische Motivation die Extrameile zu gehen
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichsten internen und externen Stakeholdern
