Evaluation immobilière & conseil en transactions

**En Suisse, JLL est présente sur deux bureaux**: Zurich et Genève. Avec une équipe expérimentée d'environ 60 experts, nous offrons des services de conseil spécialisés aux sociétés immobilières, aux propriétaires, aux investisseurs et aux utilisateurs. Il s'agit notamment de gestion de transactions immobilières complexes aux volumes larges (asset & share deal), de l'évaluation d'immeubles de placement et de sociétés immobilières, de services de conseil stratégique pour les propriétaires immobiliers ainsi que de la location et de la représentation des locataires en ce qui concerne les espaces locatifs commerciaux.

Pour les domaines de l'évaluation immobilière et du conseil en transactions de notre bureau de Genève, nous recherchons un(e) étudiant(e) pour le soutien de l’équipe au moins un jour par semaine, sur une base horaire selon les besoins.

Fonctions et responsabilités

En tant qu’étudiant, vous assisterez notre équipe suisse expérimentée dans les mandats de transaction et d'évaluation:
Soutien aux évaluations immobilières DCF (évaluations de portefeuille)

Soutien aux transactions immobilières ainsi qu'aux mandats de conseil stratégique

Recherche pour divers projets, présentations, conférences, publications et articles professionnels

Qualifications et exigences

Au moins une première année complète d'un diplôme commercial ou technique.

Une première expérience pratique au sein de banques ou de cabinets de conseil constitue un avantage.

Très bonnes compétences en français et en anglais ; l’allemand est un atout.

Connaissance approfondie de la suite Microsoft Office, en particulier d'Excel.

Compétences de base

Intérêt marqué pour les questions relatives au marché des capitaux et les sujets spécifiques à l'immobilier.

Forte disposition analytique et affinité pour les chiffres.

Méthode de travail indépendante et très précise.

Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale.

Capacité à travailler en équipe.
