**In dieser vielseitigen Position stellst du eine optimale Ausrichtung der BKW Gruppe auf die regulatorischen Anforderungen im Energiemarkt sicher und leistest einen zentralen Beitrag zur Positionierung der BKW innerhalb der Energiebranche.**

**Dein Gestaltungsraum**
- Als Regulatory Manager identifizierst, analysierst und beobachtest du die Entwicklung der regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen im europäischen Energie-, Strom-, Wasserstoff
- und Gasmarkt (u. a. Marktdesign, internationaler Handel/Finanzmarktregulierung, Netzregulierung, Förderinstrumente und -rahmenbedingungen, Nachhaltigkeit)
- In deiner Rolle vermittelst du die Auswirkungen von Regulierungsänderungen und kommunizierst diese gezielt in die verschiedenen Geschäftsbereiche
- Du berätst Kolleginnen und Kollegen innerhalb der BKW in Bezug auf regulatorische Opportunitäten und Risiken und unterstützt sie bei der Anwendung neuer regulatorischer Vorgaben
- Dein Aufgabenbereich umfasst auch die Erarbeitung von Stellungnahmen zu Vernehmlassungen von Bund, Kantonen und Verbänden sowie die punktuelle Vertretung der BKW in Branchengremien

**Das bringst du mit**
- Du kannst einen Hochschulabschluss (Uni/ETH) in Wirtschafts-, Ingenieurs
- oder Naturwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit rund 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung vorweisen
- In der Energiewirtschaft, insbesondere im regulatorischen Umfeld, bringst du idealerweise mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung und ein starkes Netzwerk mit
- Du interessierst dich für nationale und internationale energiewirtschaftliche, energiepolitische und regulatorische Themen
- Dein strategisches und analytisches Denkvermögen, gepaart mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe, ermöglicht es dir, dich rasch in komplexe Themen einzuarbeiten
- Du überzeugst durch deine Kommunikationsstärke sowie deine fliessenden Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse, wie z. B. Französisch oder Italienisch, sind von Vorteil
