Compensation & HR Costs Manager

Working at the heart of the business and under the direction of the Chief HR Officer, the Compensation & HR Costs Manager leads the global compensation and benefit process and manages the annual personnel budgeting across all entities worldwide.
- Previous working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist or HR analyst for 5-7 years is a must.
- Fluent English. Any additional language is an advantage.
- Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience of HRIS such as Success Factor, Workday, etc is recommended.
- BA\/MA in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance.
- Excellent analytical skills: research, statistical, quantitative.
- Flexibility, drive, ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Support the Corporate HR Team in designing a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits model that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals.
- Maintain consistency in the compensation guidelines that matches MSC Cruises work and organizational culture.
- Set, compile, and monitor all labour cost metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system and payroll outputs, employment records, government labour statistics, competitors’ practices, and other sources.
- Build and report on key performance metrics on labour cost.
- Coordinate the annual personnel budgeting process across all entities, locations, and business lines.
- Perform efficient periodic forecast
- and ad-hoc reports, templates, and metrics for stakeholder groups to enable them to steer, take decisions and define actions.
- Interact as interface for Finance controlling and main contact person for personnel costs & FTE controlling process on all levels.
- Ensure a high degree of automation, standardization best practice sharing within the HR team and Finance.
- Create and develop new HR controlling and budgeting processes including methods, and tools.
- Deliver all monthly HR reporting, personnel and forecast planning as well as budgetary controls.
- Support the digital transformation of the reporting landscape within the Human Resource department and enable the team to deliver high-quality analysis efficiently and on time.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
