What you will do

In this role you contribute to the development and implementation of the short/mid/long term global marketing strategy for the Bioactives (skin care and vitamins) segment in line with the overall Personal Care marketing and Business Unit strategy based on global and regional consumer and customer insights as well as the market (segment/sub segment) size, growth, and trends.

Your key responsibilities
- Contribute to the Personal care results by supporting Head of Global Marketing in developing and implementing winning short/mid/long term Global Marketing Strategies for the Bioactives segment, based on a deep understanding of consumer and customer needs and in line with the PC Marketing and BU strategy
- Coordinate launches of product and commercial innovations, including preparation of creative marketing toolboxes
- Coordinate the development of winning global launch strategies with all stakeholders (global/region) across all touch points i.e., product, price, place and promotion, enabling excellence in execution in the sales organizations
- Closely collaborate with R&D and Innovation to define new product/concepts development in line with the Innovation strategy.
- Lead execution of global launches with all stakeholders (global/region) across all touch points, working closely with sales organization and customers.
- Support regions with customers presentations and customized projects
- Lead business analysis and strategic recommendations for further business development

You bring
- Min. 5 years of marketing experience in R&D/science driven B2B environment in the Personal Care ingredients business
- Knowledge of skin care ingredients market is a must
- Good knowledge of beauty & personal care industry, recent trends
- An expertise of successfully leading, developing, and executing global (segment) marketing strategies and product/commercial launches
- Ability to manage multiple projects, with sense of urgency and effective time management
- Pragmatic, energetic, self-starting and highly motivated achiever, with the ability to shape and drive change in an ever-changing environment
- Resourcefulness, resilience and a result-driven mindset to constantly improve.
- The ability to collaborate well to all kinds of people of the organization and embrace and leverage diversity of people and viewpoints. You can help others think things through and are comfortable sharing your perspectives.
- Able to work/act in a cross-functional, multi-cultural environment
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel is required
- Excellent verbal and oral communication; strong presentation skills
- Bachelor degree preferably in chemistry, marketing.
- Fluency in English. Any other language is an asset.
