**JOB PURPOSE**:
- Own the product knowledge and ensure the web communication of the corporate master content is consistent with the customer journey, from the HP\/LPs to the BF and My MSC
- Deal with all the internal business\/product corporate stakeholders in driving the web decision making, compliance to core standards and related web governance, monitoring the local execution
- Deliver web guidance and instructions to the markets worldwide, according to brand messages and UX copywriting
- Detect\/fix\/address editorial\/functional issues at the global level and lead the related communication stream toward the markets
- Suggest UX\/UI improvements for the content management, lead the requests for new editorial features and provide support in writing the related business requirements
- Check basic content KPIs and address reporting requests to the Analytics team
- Ability to develop, maintain and manage the relationship balance between core\/markets stakeholders
- Ensure and check the accuracy of both global\/local delivery
- Meet both corporate\/local deadlines through appropriate project and time management
- Ability to surf across different content categories (corp updates\/local promos) and tools (CMSs, Labitem, DTS, Photoshop, Google Analytics, Qlik, Content Square)
- Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken), any other language a plus
- Own the tech expertise and training across all the CMSs in use across the different markets
- Lead, produce and edit in the CMSs the language-based translation\/transcreation\/copy proofreading process across clusters of markets, for pre-booking\/booking\/post-booking contents
- Plan, check, localize, edit and ensure the go-live of the corp updates in the local CMSs
- Create, localize, edit and ensure the go live of the promo plan and local updates (legal, commercial, CRM ) in the local CMSs
- Manage\/address web content, SEO-friendly contents, ecomm functions and overall web priorities at a local level in the CMSs\/with internal stakeholders (ie CC)
- Connect\/consult\/guide internal channels and local marketing teams on web-based delivery\/dependencies (CRM, social, CC )
- Check basic content KPIs and address reporting requests to the Analytics team
