**Job description**:

As a Group Fleet Manager, you will have the opportunity to oversee the acquisition, operation, and maintenance of Mantu’s fleet of vehicles. You will ensure that all vehicles are managed efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively, while meeting Mantu’s operational needs and compliance requirements.

**Your missions**:

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet utilization and manage vehicle assignments for timely service delivery.
- Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime while ensuring compliance with manufacturer and regulatory standards.
- Ensure all vehicles meet legal, environmental, and safety standards.
- Manage the fleet budget and negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
- Assess fleet needs, manage procurement processes, and oversee vehicle resale or retirement strategies.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends and provide insights for fleet performance improvement.
- Track fleet activities across countries and implement sustainability strategies to reduce environmental impact.

**Your profile**:

- You are passionate about cars and the automotive world.
- Master’s degree in business administration, finance, logistics, or a related field with proficiency in budgeting and cost management.
- At least 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
