IHR WIRKUNGSFELD
- In dieser anspruchsvollen Position leitest du ein Team von vier Mitarbeitenden und bist Datenschutzbeauftragte/r (DSB) der SPS Switzerland AG. Gemeinsam mit deinen Teammitgliedern stellst du sicher, dass die gesetzlichen
- und regulatorischen Anforderungen an allen Standorten der SPS Schweiz eingehalten und umgesetzt werden. Als Leitung Compliance und Kontrollorgan von Qualitätsmanagement und Arbeitssicherheit liegen weitere wichtige und spannende Themen in deiner Obhut.
Das Aufgabengebiet lässt sich wie folgt umschreiben:

- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der schweizerischen Datenschutzanforderungen
- Verantwortlich für die Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung der ISAE 3402 / 3000 Frameworks
- Koordination und Durchführung der Kunden Audits sowie der internen Vorab Audits in den Fachbereichen
- Verantwortlich für die termingerechten und erfolgreich durchgeführten ISO-Zertifizierungen (270001, 9001,14001, 22301)
- Durchführung eines kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess bei gefundenen Schwachstellen und Empfehlungen aus den internen und externen Audits in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
- Verantwortung für die Dokumentenverwaltung sowie das auf dem neusten Stand halten der Prozesse innerhalb des Managementsystems
- Beratung der Mitarbeitenden und Aufsetzen von Schulungen in Compliance Themen

IHR PROFIL
- Rechtsstudium (UNI / FH) mit Masterabschluss und relevante Erfahrung und/oder Weiterbildungen in den Bereichen Datenschutz, Compliance, und Risikomanagement (CAS, NDS)
- Fundierter Leistungsausweis in der Leitung und Befähigung von Compliance / Governance Teams
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Umfeld von legal
- /regulatorischer Compliance und Datenschutzbelangen
- Mehrjährige ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung im schweizerischen Banken
- / Versicherungsumfeld, Kenntnisse der FINMA Rundschreiben 2023/01 und 2018/03
- Führungserfahrung als zentraler Erfolgsfaktor zur Umsetzung der steigenden Compliance Anforderungen von internen sowie externen Stakeholdern
- Initiative Persönlichkeit mit Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsstärke gegenüber allen Stakeholdern
- Ganzheitliche, strategische, betriebswirtschaftliche sowie innovative Denkhaltung
- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
