Global Project Manager Logistics/customization

Join Belimo’s global Logistics/Customization team: Plan and execute projects aligned with our growth strategy, shape Supply Chain Strategy 2030, and ensure smooth operations for customers. Be the bridge between innovation and logistics, driving seamless product launches in our customization centers
**What You'll Do**:
- Lead global projects, supporting global strategic group initiatives and supply chain strategy
- Manage projects, costs, and timeline, make sure scope and deliverables are according to project specifications, and risks are managed carefully
- Lead projects and motivate participants in interdisciplinary and international teams until the successful completion of the project on time and within budget
- Use the Project Management tools (project planning / task management) to ensure project goals are achieved
- Represent Group Division in industrialization projects and enable a smooth product introduction
**Who You Are**:
- Bachelor's degree, ideally within the scope of Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Process Management
- At least 4+ years of Project experience in interdisciplinary teams and in a global, industrial environment
- Proven experience in supply chain management (Experience in Manufacturing is a plus)
- Strong communicator with the ability to communicate appropriately to the target audience; with high level of self-motivation
- Fluency in English is essential, very good knowledge of German is a great advantage
- Very good user knowledge in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
- Readiness for travel activities (up to 10%)
