Die Ferag AG mit Hauptsitz in Hinwil/Zürich ist ein Schweizer Familienunternehmen, spezialisiert auf die Entwicklung von intralogistischen Gesamtlösungen in den Bereichen Produktion, E-Commerce und Omnichannel für die verschiedensten Branchen sowie für die Post- und 3PL-Automatisierung. Die Ferag AG ist in mehr als 18 Ländern mit eigenen Vertriebs- und Servicegesellschaften vertreten und beschäftigt rund 600 Mitarbeitende.
Für unsere Abteilung Project Management suchen wir einen initiativen und flexiblen Projektleiter, welcher diese Aufgabe als Geschäftsführer einer temporären Organisation (=Projekt) übernimmt und umsetzt. Praktische Erfahrung als Projektleiter in der Intralogistik ist von Vorteil, aber nicht Voraussetzung. Eine Reisetätigkeit (40 - 60%) weltweit bereitet Ihnen Freude? Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sind motiviert, durch Ihre eigenständige und qualitativ hochwertige Arbeitsweise unser Unternehmen weiterzubringen? Was Sie bei uns bewegen- Sie planen, führen und überwachen alle Projekt-Aktivitäten, inkl. Termine, Kosten, Qualität und Risiken von der Auftragserteilung bis zur Kundenabnahme.
- Sie führen das Stakeholder Management und delegieren Arbeitspakete an Ihre Teilprojektleiter und kontrollieren deren Ausführung.
- Sie treffen bei absehbaren oder bereits eingetretenen Abweichungen Vorbeuge- und Korrekturmaßnahmen. Wenn notwendig, eskalieren Sie adäquat.
- Sie erstatten periodisch und transparent gegenüber dem Kunden und internen Auftraggebern.
- Sie dokumentieren und kommunizieren die Projekterfahrung und helfen bei der kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung.
- Sie erstellen in der Angebotsphase den Grob-Projektplan und die Kalkulation für die Projektleiterleistung.
- Weiterbildung an einer Fachhochschule oder Hochschule (FH, Bachelor).
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Projekten.
- Solides betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis für Buchhaltung und Controlling.
- Systematisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit strukturiertem Vorgehen.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Eine anspruchsvolle und interessante Tätigkeit als Geschäftsführer der Projektumsetzung.
