**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Leitung und Entwicklung des globalen Transport Management Teams
- Verantwortlich für die globale Transportbeschaffungs
- und Transportbetriebsstrategie
- Erstellung und Kontrolle des globalen Transportbudgets
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Leistungsüberprüfung von Logistikdienstleistern
- Durchführung globaler und regionaler Transportausschreibungen für alle Verkehrsträger
- Entwicklung und Optimierung von Transportprozessen
- Implementierung, Verfolgung und interne Berichterstattung von Schlüsselkennzahlen zur Transportleistung
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Logistikinvestitionen im Zusammenhang mit Transportdienstleistungen
- Aufrechterhaltung fortgeschrittener Kenntnisse der rechtlichen, zoll
- und banktechnischen Anforderungen im Transportbereich

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung mit höherem technischen Abschluss (Bachelor oder höher), idealerweise im Bereich Lieferkette/Logistik oder Betriebswirtschaft
- Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen der globalen Logistik, Transport sowie der strategischen Beschaffung
- Erfahrung in der Leitung globaler Teams
- Projektmanagement-Erfahrung in der Leitung von Veränderungsprozessen in der Lieferkette und/oder von Verbesserungsprogrammen für Logistik und Transport
- MRP-Kenntnisse, insbesondere mit Transportmanagementsystemen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft
