Description

Das Team, zuständig für das Teilsortiment Durchflusssensoren und Wärmezähler, ist für die Weiterentwicklung des Sortiments verantwortlich und betreut die Produkte im Lebenszyklus. Für die Stellvertretung während des Mutterschaftsurlaubs suchen wir eine engagierte Person für 9 Monate mit möglichkeit auf nachfolgende Festanstellung.

What You'll Do

  • Projektmanager in Produktentwicklungsprojekten (Sortiment) 

    • Du leitest und planst das Projekt und bist verantwortlich für Umfang, Kosten, Dauer, Qualität und Risiken. 

    • Du bist verantwortlich für das Budget sowie personellen Ressourcen und rapportierst den Status an den Lenkungsausschuss. 

  • Lead Product (Systems Engineer) in Produktentwicklungsprojekten 

    • Du definierst neue Durchflusssensoren und Wärmezähler mit Fokus auf den Kundenmehrwert, stellst die Machbarkeit im interdisziplinären Team sicher und bist zuständig für die Systemanforderungen. 

    • Die Koordination des technischen Entwicklungsteams (Sensorik, Mechanik, Elektronik, Software) gehört zu deinen Aufgaben, ebenso wie das Erfassen und Managen der Produktrisiken.

  • Produktverantwortung für bestehende Produkte während des Lebenszyklus

    • Du leitest und begleitest Änderungen am Produkt und am Herstellprozess und übernimmst die Leitung von globalen Qualitätsfällen. 

    • Du arbeitest in Projekten mit und pflegst Produkt- und Modulstücklisten sowie die zugehörigen internen Dokumentationen.

Who You Are

  • Du hast einen Abschluss in Physik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder einem verwandten Bereich und bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung, idealerweise als Project Lead, mit. Ein grosser Vorteil sind Kenntnisse in Sensorik oder Messtechnik.

  • Erfahrung in der Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams und in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen ist für diese Position von Nöten.

  • Des Weiteren bist du versiert im Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools und -Methoden.

  • Du zeichnest dich durch ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten aus und bist begeisterungsfähig sowie motivierend.

  • Du verfügst über analytisches Denkvermögen, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.
