Finance Business Partner

**Your mission**:

- Prepare the recurrent financial statements including the Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow in line with the accounting entries
- Manage accounting related activities such as review of the accounting entries general ledger and subledgers with the accounting contractor
- Support the company with budget and financial forecasting exercise including review of revenues projection, cost estimates and cash flow
- Support the audit process with the external auditors
- Review of the products pricing strategy definition leveraging on the internal and external information
- Support monthly management of the account receivable and payables
- Lead the implementation of the company policies related financial and operational needs including stock management and accounting
- Monitor financial procedures and ensure compliance with the Swiss law
- Manage the relationship with the external financial partners
- Assist the company with Bank relationship in order to optimize treasury positions
- Assist the company with its operations expansion by providing clear recommendation related to operational and financial processes and controls
- Analyse investment plans and evaluate capital expansion options to support the management in fund raising operations
- Support the management with reporting for the Board of Directors and the General Assembly meetings
- Assist the preparation of the tax declarations

**Your profile**:

- Higher education in Finances, Administration, Business Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ professional experience in financial management, preferably in a small size company
- Passionate about finance and number
- Quality oriented mindset, rigorous work organisation
- Commercial and business awareness
- Resourceful in finding solutions
- Good communication skills in English and French
- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into
- Ability to stick to time constraint
- Good negotiation skills is a plus
- Team player and good communicator (English, French is a significant plus)
- Reliable, autonomous and rigorous individual.
