  • Role Overview: Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, drive sales growth, onboard new partners, provide training and support, and analyze business opportunities.
  • Success Factors: Grow and manage the partner network, monitor industry trends, develop partner programs, resolve conflicts, and attend industry events.
  • Requirements: 3-5 years of distribution network management experience, proven track record in B2B sales, proficiency in CRM software, strong communication skills, sales acumen, and fluency in English and French. Startup experience is a bonus.
  • Desired Profile: Proactive, self-motivated, well-organized, team-oriented, and excellent communicator.
