**Qu'est-ce que vous ferez au Hilton de Genève ?**

Au sein de notre équipe de service, en tant que Restaurant Supervisor, vous êtes chargé(e) de servir les clients de manière amicale, rapide et efficace afin d'offrir une excellente expérience aux clients.

Le Restaurant Supervisor devra également avoir une connaissance approfondie des menus proposés.

Plus précisément, vous serez responsable de l'exécution des tâches suivantes selon les normes les plus élevées:

- Gérer les opérations
- S'assurer de la connaissance du menu et de tous les produits
- S'assurer que les commandes de nourriture et de boissons soit de bonne qualité et livrées dans les temps
- Gérer les demandes des clients de manière amicale, rapide et efficace
- Servir des boissons alcoolisées et non alcoolisées conformément à la réglementation en matière de licence et de débit de boissons
- Maintenir des niveaux exceptionnels de service à la clientèle
- Stimuler les ventes afin de maximiser les revenus prévus au budget
- Développer des offres avec d'autres membres de l'équipe Food and Beverage
- Respecter les normes d'hygiène du Groupe Hilton, notamment le code vestimentaire, la propreté et l'hygiène personnelle
- Respecter la sécurité de l'hôtel, les règlements anti-incendie et toute la législation en matière de santé et de sécurité

Pour cette opportunité, nous recherchons l'expérience et les compétences qui suivent et un « état d'esprit »:

- Au moins 2 ans d'expérience de supervision dans le domaine de l'alimentation et des boissons, de la restauration et/ou de l'hôtellerie.
- Une expérience internationale dans le domaine de l'hôtellerie est un atout majeur
- Attitude positive
- Bonne capacité de communication
- Engagement à fournir un service client de haut niveau
- Un grand esprit d'innovation et d'ouverture
- Excellentes normes d'hygiène
- Flexibilité pour répondre à un éventail de situations de travail différentes
- Connaissance de la réglementation en matière d'hygiène alimentaire
