Tasks

**Your Trailblazing Role**:
As the driving force behind software and solution implementation, you'll lead the charge in:

- Crafting end-to-end strategies for ECM/information management solutions and revolutionary digital workplace solutions.
- Galvanizing and supporting teams of project managers, business consultants, and solution engineers.
- Independently steering the ship for assigned areas and ensuring operational brilliance.
- Collaborating with technology and product management to pioneer cutting-edge software development strategies.
- Playing a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring new projects with our dynamic sales team.
- Leading the way in complex problem-solving scenarios.
- Skillfully monitoring project progression and orchestrating resource coordination.

**Requirements**:
**Your Stellar Profile**:

- Background in business administration or computer science (ETH, University, FH) or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years at the helm, steering solution engineers, project teams, or similar functions.
- Immersed in industry know-how with an innate flair for innovation.
- Proficient in the digital realm, encompassing technologies, networks, IT environments, and media skills (O365).
- Holder of a project management certification (e.g., IPMA Level C or Scrum PSPOA).
- Savvy in Microsoft Active Directory, server systems (SQL), and the MS Office product suite.
- Agile mindset, well-versed in classic and contemporary project management methods and tools.
- A high-flyer with a sense of responsibility, resilience, and organizational finesse.
- An extroverted and communicative personality with a knack for stellar stakeholder management.
- Fluent in German and English (French is a plus)
