Do you want to further enhance the natural foundations which help our fragrance business burst to life?
Leading our Naturals business unit, based in Grasse, France, you will bring together all the elements of natural ingredient innovation, development, marketing, communication, industrialisation and production to drive the Naturals agenda across all stakeholder groups and realise our Naturals business objectives.
You will be responsible for building the Givaudan House of Naturals integrating the state of the art knowledge and capabilities with dedicated teams to master all the activities and deliver value and growth to the business.

**Your role will include**:
Developing an overall strategy for the Naturals business unit, driving the Naturals agenda across all stakeholder groups to generate business value for our Fragrance business.
Managing the business unit to implement the strategy, set goals, monitor performance and deliver the business objectives, enhancing our overall Naturals capability
Building the Givaudan House of Naturals, integrating state of the art knowledge and dedicated teams to master all the activities linked to Naturals, from innovation and product design to creation.
Leading, guiding, evaluating and developing a team of senior managers responsible for Naturals Innovation, Naturals Communication & Marketing, Innovation, Perfumery & Operations aligning expertise and capabilities under one roof
Ensuring all operations adhere to legal regulations and corporate policies, in order to maintain the company's business ethics and compliance
Designing and securing raw material quality, leveraging and modernising our natural ingredients operations and ensuring fit to purpose,
Developing Naturals Innovation, utilising access to local experimental/inspirational fields and working with open innovation partners
Optimising the use of our Naturals capabilities as an asset in the Fragrance market, focusing on image, innovation, expanding the culture and expertise of Naturals throughout Givaudan as well as to the external market

**Your professional profile includes**:
Passion for Naturals and thorough knowledge of the Fragrance Naturals business environment
Advanced university degree (Business Administration, Management or similar)
Over 15 years of experience in a senior executive role in an international organisation.
Fluent English, French is an advantage
Excellent communication and people management skills
Strong understanding of corporate finance, legal requirements and business management
Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
Strong team building skills and an ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups
