About the team you are joining

CO2 Connect is providing airlines and other industry stakeholders with the most accurate & trusted CO2 emissions calculations, underlying data model and distribution capability, fully aligned with industry standards. The team objectives are linked to the following key principles:

- Ensuring Airline data interests protected
- Consistent & transparent CO2 Calculations distributed across the industry based on the IATA RP, and using verified airline data
- Help airlines demonstrate their commitment to sustainability

A key component is supporting airlines on activities related to data contribution as part of the initiative, and airline web integration support linked to the implementation of CO2 Connect.

What your day would be like
- Manage monthly update meetings between IATA stakeholders to keep track of data contribution agreement targets.
- Co-ordinate data contribution agreements between airlines, Sustainability team experts, and IATA legal to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
- Manage all legal contracts through the IATA portal, receiving the required sign-off and communicating with airlines.
- Project manage the implementation of IATA Compensation microsite solution within airlines systems.
- Be the key point of contact for airline CO2 Connect Compensation solutions for airlines, establishing regular calls and raising queries/issues with the relevant internal stakeholders.
- Provide airlines with functional, technical and test support (together with ITS) when implementing the microsite solutions
- Work with support functions including legal, procurement and finance to ensure the effective delivery of the product.
- Provide feedback to IATA internal teams on the product coming from airlines

We would love to hear from you if
- University degree (Bachelor or Masters) preferably with a focus on Environment/Sustainability, data and/or technology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management and/or operations in a customer facing role.
- Passion and experience working on environment / sustainability related projects.
- An understanding of the airline operations and systems would be an advantage;
- Experience developing and/or implementing SAAS solutions would be an advantage.
- Ability and flexibility to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team;
