**A PROPOS DE LA DIVISION LUXE (LD)**
La mission de L'Oréal Luxe est de créer les meilleurs produits et la meilleure expérience pour nos consommateurs en la rendant unique. La division cultive l'excellence dans le savoir-faire du luxe, de l'artisanat et de l'innovation pour répondre aux besoins de chaque catégorie de consommateurs. Grâce à une présence puissante dans le secteur D2C, les marques de L'Oréal Luxe entretiennent une relation directe et privilégiée avec leurs consommateurs, en leur offrant des services personnalisés et exclusifs pour créer ce sentiment de différence et les faire se sentir uniques.
**Le Brand & Sell-out Coach est responsable du développement du sell-out, de la part de marché L’Oréal Luxe et garant de l’intégrité de son portefeuille de marques dans l’ensemble de ses points de ventes de son secteur.
Dans sa mission il doit:
- Responsable du développement sell-out and gain de part de marché d’un portefeuille de 14 marques de la division L’OREAL LUXE
- Suivi quantitatif et qualitatif des points de vente placé sous sa responsabilité et mise en place de plan d’actions pour dynamiser le sell out
- Identifier les besoins des BAS en parfumerie et développer en collaboration avec l’équipe formation des modules de coaching adaptés
- Apporter un service aux Beauty Advisors des parfumeries en leur proposant des modules de coaching personnalisés sur nos marques, nos produits et nos techniques de vente
- Assurer une activité de vente au point de vente lors de périodes de forte affluence
- Agir comme un ambassadeur L’OREAL LUXE : incarner et transmettre les valeurs de nos marques à la distribution et véhiculer un discours de customer centricity
- Être garant de l’image de nos marques dans les POS en s’assurant de l’exécution parfaite de nos plans merchandising en point de vente et du respect de notre fair share
- Informer et vérifier la mise en place de nos animations éphémères chez tous les retailers
- Référent d’un portefeuille de marque L’OREAL LUXE mais aussi concurrentiel : responsable de rassembler et remonter toutes les informations terrains aux départements concernés.
- Etablir des rapports journaliers par visite (date, timing, type de rendez-vous, tâches effectuées, photos des mises en avant, veille concurrentielle, remontée des anomalies, plan d’action, etc )
Profil
- +7ans d’expériences en vente et/ou responsable de parfumerie et/ou représentant
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, organisationnelles et de gestion du temps
- Solides compétences en matière de présentation et de coaching
- Connaissance pointue de l’industrie de la Beauté de Luxe et de ses produits
- Forte motivation et auto-motivation
- Forte orientation vers les ventes et les résultats (axée sur les indicateurs clés de performance)
- Team oriented
