**Position Summary**:
The Nestlé R&D Accelerator brings together Nestlé entrepreneurial talents, young entrepreneurs, and start-ups to accelerate the development of innovative products, concepts, and system solutions into scalable ventures.

The Nestlé Research Accelerator based in Lausanne is part of Nestlé’s global R&D Innovation network and located at the company’s fundamental research entity Nestlé Research in Lausanne, which employs around 1’000 people worldwide. We are looking for a **Innovation Coach/Venture Builder**

**A day in the life of a Accelerator Innovation Coach/Venture Builder**:
Our teams function as small, autonomous venture teams, and as Venture Builder/ Innovation Coach you will:

- Drive the creation of the new venture by effectively leading the team from identifying the consumer problem and new business opportunity around a particular technology innovation, to contributing to market analysis, crafting route to market and executing a physical shop test with a scalable MVP
- Engage with R&D, sales, marketing, and Operations leaders and stakeholders to report on venture status, escalate issues, and guide and influence strategic decision-making and execution
- Create strategic and tactical operations and resource plans, and define priorities for the teams ensuring that budget is met in accordance with targets
- Act as ambassador of The Nestlé Accelerator within the organization and in the start-up ecosystem

**What will make you successful**:

- You hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in the field of business, science, or engineering
- Entrepreneurial and growth mindset along with ownership are core values in your approach
- Passion for innovation is a part of your DNA
- You are eager to mix corporate and start-up mindset
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- You have experience on coaching, team building, conflict resolution, and people management
- You have an ability to quickly build sound relationships, at different levels of the organization
- You are a straightforward communicator, creating clarity for the teams
- You have deep business acumen and industry experience on go-to-market strategy including pricing, marketing, and sales tactics, is a plus
- You have 5y+ experience in Innovation strategy and management, is a plus
- You have experience in digital consumer research, lean startup and growth hacking, is a plus
- You are Fluent in English, in storytelling, scriptwriting and presentations
