**HR / Integrity Investigations Lead**:

In this role you will be responsible to partner with managers to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes, ensuring effective and sustainable workplace relations, and by providing HR support for a defined team or location. You will also be accountable for the overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the Functions and Shared Services and you will drive effective communication, engagement, and collaboration across the organization. You will be reporting to the HR Head, Corp Functions & Functional Services.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for full life cycle of case management for a broad spectrum of HR related matters.
- Prepare detailed investigative reports including case summaries and findings and make recommendations for proper action and resolution.
- Meet specified timelines for deliverables regarding scheduled interviews, producing reports and other relevant deliverables in accordance with the Company’s investigation framework
- Track, interpret and report on trends; proactively identify issues and recommends appropriate solutions.
- Facilitate employee relations related training and education for leaders and the HR community.
- Provide feedback and insights to assess effectiveness of integrity Company’s program.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, legal studies or related field and minimum of five (5) years relevant experience.
- Preferred qualification include three (3) years of investigative experience.
- Strong case management skills and knowledge of investigative interviewing techniques.
- Ability to assess and negotiate complex, highly sensitive situations.
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with peers.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, remain impartial and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in the use of technology and data analysis, and reporting. Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to explain complex issues.
