**Your task: you are our matchmaker**
**You introduce consumers to Boostbar and help them reach their dream breaks**
**You will..**:

- generate leads across all channels (online, offline, events, network, team)
- collaborate with marketing to generate new concepts
- introduce Boostbar to potential clients and make them love us through your persuasion and a variety of tastings
- create unique & tailored break solutions
- negotiate, close and implement deals

**Your profile**:

- You already have 3-5 years of B2B sales experience and want to expand your sales talent in a fast-growing workplace.
- You are proactive, self-sufficient, and solution-oriented
- You are not deterred by setbacks — you’re motivated to give it your all every day
- Your energy is contagious; you like motivating and inspiring people
- You feel at ease in a start-up setting (less structure but more personal responsibility and multitasking)
- You are compassionate and can put yourself in our clients' position to better understand their needs
- You speak German fluently and have a driver's licence (it will be impossible to conduct tastings without a car)
