**Qu'est-ce que vous ferez au Hilton de Geneve ?**

En tant que Sales Executive au departement Sales & Marketing, vous serez amene(e) a:

- Maximiser toutes les opportunites de revenus en suscitant l'attractivite pour notre etablissement
- Contribuer a la strategie de vente de l'hotel
- Comprendre le marche concurrentiel et mettre en oeuvre des approches de vente active pour s'assurer que l'hotel reste en tete du marche MICE et Corporate local.
- Participer activement aux activites promotionnelles de l'hotel
- Interagir en permanence avec les clients potentiels et existants dans le but d'obtenir de nouveaux contrats et de fideliser la clientele.
- Recevoir, assigner et convertir les demandes entrantes par le biais de tous les canaux afin d'atteindre les objectifs et de maximiser les revenus.
- Rechercher des opportunites pour augmenter les ventes et les conversions pour l'hotel.
- Gerer un calendrier d'evenements et assurer des rapports d'activite aupres de sa hirerarchie pour rendre compte des activites et maximiser le rendement
- Recevoir, organiser et coordonner les visites de decouverte des hotels et les voyages de familiarisation des comptes nationaux et internationaux.
- Interagir, maintenir et s'engager avec les partenaires de HWS

Pour cette opportunite, nous recherchons l'experience et les competences qui suivent et un <

- Diplome de gestion ou ecole de commerce avec au moins 2 ans d'experience dans une fonction commerciale et evenementielle complete, avec gestion de la promotion commerciale (stages inclus).
- Solides competences en matiere de negociation et d'influence, fort etat d'esprit de croissance des ventes.
- Maitrise de l'anglais et du francais.
- Experience dans le secteur de l'hotellerie et de la restauration dans un environnement international est la bienvenue.
- Solides competences en matiere d'organisation et de planification.
- Rigueur, sens du detail et du service personnalise.
- Attitude positive et excellentes aptitudes a la communication.
