**Office by the Lake AG (to be incorporated)**: Office
by the Lake is an office services company that offers office space and
office services to other companies and individuals. The customers of Office by
the Lake include start-ups in the sustainable chemical
sector as well as existing companies, such as the Inventa Group.

**Position description**: Office by the Lake AG (to be incorporated) is looking for a
self-driven and hands-on Office Assistant. This position will report directly to
the office manager.

Tasks
- Ensure seamless workings of the office
- Welcome and host clients, manage incoming phone calls

and post
- General administrative and coordinative support in and

around the office
- Organize meetings, events and related activities

**Requirements**:

- Apprenticeship or higher education in business

administration or similar
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a professional

office
- Motivated, friendly and open personality
- Good knowledge of MS office and similar computer
- Fluent in English (preferably mother tongue) and German; any other language a plus
