We are currently seeking a Director level** - Digital Engagement Lead **to lead the Customer experience and Digital transformation strategy and for the implementation /operations for the Easter Europe, Middle East and Africa (EEMEA) region. In this role, you will help our Company make strategic decisions with digital, data, and analytics to ensure that we are best placed to bring our innovations to customers and patients including:

Expand patient access to company's products **by driving centralized campaigns, leveraging digital platforms, social media, and partnerships

Conceptualize, develop and support **EEMEA markets in **building and deploying data and analytics use cases to drive commercial value **- revenue growth and expense efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work with the Regional Commercial Leaders (RCLs) to operationalize strategic decisions for the centralized campaign structure including the statement of work, budget approval, agency selection and analytics.
Operationalize the campaigns in the region.
- Lead the change management discussions with market stakeholders.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and monitoring of the campaign performance with the Social Media Command Center (SMCC) lead.
- Provide leadership updates on the campaign performance, challenges and support needed.
- Liaison between markets and the agency; provides market feedback and challenges to the agency.
- Develop digital-first strategies to drive effective launch of new products.
- Identify and execute on strategic go-to-market partnerships in priority therapeutic areas (such as Vaccines, Oncology, etc.) across EEMEA.
- Engage cross-functional expert teams (IT, Marketing, Digital & Data Analytics leads) in each EEMEA market to develop integrated Digital, Customer, Patient, and Policy engagement plans that shape policy and market access objectives.
- Define and track meaningful KPIs to enable markets to demonstrate tangible results in their Digital, Customer, Patient and Policymaker engagement strategy.
- Achieve marketing effectiveness through social media and CRM campaigns across key franchises.
- Set up a centralized digital content hub to support market needs and enable long-term acquisition and engagement strategy with policymakers.
- Lead and drive Marketing of the Future for the EEMEA Region, including upskilling and acting as SME.
- Develop sourcing strategy for core and advanced data analytics to support business growth.
- Collaborate with Chief Marketing Operations leader and Regional Change Management and Digital Marketing and Commercial Excellence teams to strengthen our Company’s ongoing efforts in Digital marketing operations, Data & Analytics, and integration with salesforce effectiveness.
**Ideal Profile**:
To be successful in this role, you will have strong technical skills as well as business capabilities.
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other-related disciplines.
- Passion for Customer insights, Digital, Data, and Analytics tools and technologies.
- Ability to synthesize data/insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Successful management experience in different departments, including sales and marketing in a pharmaceutical or other comparable large organization.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and cross-regionally with various business units and senior leaders - with the ability to influence and lead change while building strong cross-functional partnerships. You must also be a creative thinker, with confidence and ability to challenge established thinking.
- Strong project and influencing skills, with intellectual curiosity and the ability to create a vision as well as execute complex initiatives in matrix structures and the capability to get things done in an ethical and compliant way.
