We are currently looking for a Regional Commercial Leader (RCL) **_WoCa & GI_** as the senior commercial leader for the Oncology Franchise in the MER Region. In this role you will support the MER markets in adapting global strategy and focusing on key leverage points to reflect the needs of the markets and is responsible and accountable to achieve top
- and bottom-line growth for the franchise in the region. Leading execution via new ways of working outside in approach fostering innovation driving improved customer experience.

**Main responsibilities**

Strategy
- Leads regional integrated 5Y strategy for the WoCa & GI indications together with the regional cross-functional team. Adapts the global strategy to address challenges and opportunities that are specific to the region, considering all drivers of product performance (regulatory, policy, medical, market access, marketing) and the strategic shifts toward digital, value evidence, patient focused customer experience and patient journey optimization.
- Recommends prioritization, resource allocation, capabilities development needs, and multicounty initiatives, coordinating planning efforts within WoCa & GI indications and across countries within MER.
- Coaching countries in the deployment of L3Next framework developing country specific strategy and supporting the efforts to commercialize and grow the indications in line with country financial performance objectives.
- Accountable for the growth and performance of the WoCa & GI indications within MER adopting a long-term view on how to maximize total potential opportunity & profitability.
- Leads Regional Commercial Team composed of cross-functional team member (Marketing, Policy, Medical, Market Access, CORE and Communication)
- Establishes and monitors product KPIs/OKRs encompassing business and customer experience, and reviews performance regularly with countries and the regional Oncology Lead.

Ensure Execution - New Way of working becoming a learning organization
- Lead outside-In Perspective to understand the interplay across the healthcare ecosystem in the country driving improvement in patient outcomes and customer experience.
- Lead multi country squads designing and implementing the most innovative customer experience, increase efficiency focusing on content, digital assets & tools creation enabling flexible implementation of omnichannel campaigns at country level
- Scaling up - identifies emerging solutions & best-practices which are most suited to help reach 5YP ambition and leads the scale-up approach and planning, bringing SME when needed, monitoring progress & impact.
- In key priority country involvement in agile teams of key strategic initiative to ensure regional support adequately.
- Supporting the DD&A transformation working together with the digital regional members & COD to ensure countries DD&A maturity.

Strong Connection with other regional teams (International & Global)
- Input into global Brand strategy to effectively representing the opportunities and risks of countries in MER region.
- Lead ongoing update of the global franchise team on MER countries status and initiatives to support prioritization of supply and resources needs.
- Shares best practices / lessons learned with global functions and across the region, and ensures appropriate deployment of customer solutions, commercial innovation, and digital capabilities in support of growth objectives.

Builds Talent
- Coaches Franchise Leads on marketing, digital, and sales functional competencies, cross-functional teamwork and collaboration, and sales & operations.
- Deploys training programs & tools to strengthen & develop local capabilities for market development, launch readiness, competitiveness & DD&A.

Supports Operations
- Supports regional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), provides input for global S&OP and supply allocation decisions.
- Acts as a key link with MER Oncology Market Access to translate pricing strategies to local markets.

**Your profile**
- BS/BA degree required;
- Minimum of 3 years marketing experience and 5 years of pharmaceutical experience required;
- In-line marketing and / or commercial experience;
- Deep understanding of Marketing (including awareness of L3Next) and demonstrated ability to apply, including gathering and leveraging insights to drive strategic choices and proven ability to develop, execute, and monitor engagement and execution plans to achieve objectives;
- Be familiar with agile ways of working, patient journey mapping, customer experience design, digital marketing - experience an advantage;
- Business and financial acumen and strong analytical ability;
- Ability to translate strategy into action plans and drive successful exe
