**Responsibilities**:
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Salesforce SaaS platform technologies to customers and stakeholders- Cover a broad variety of responsibilities such as technical and solution architecture design, development, prototyping and release management- Enable Business Process Management and Continuous Improvemen- Manage solution Development, delivery and release management- Partner, as a direct contributor, with cross-functional teams, global process experts and project managers to implement and support global information system solutions- Stay up-to-date on software releases, support and innovation from the provider
Your qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent- Some years of experience in an Architecture role, with Integration technologies as well as in Agile methodologies- Strong experience presenting to senior management and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management-
- Expert level understanding of the out-of-box Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community Cloud (Experience Cloud), Pardot & Marketing Cloud App Cloud, and Einstein solutions- Extensive experience integrating Salesforce systems with internal and external systems using Web-based API technologies (SOAP, REST)
