MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- The main purpose of the role is to lead the re-enrolment process for families attending our Day and Boarding school. This involves guiding them through the process, answering any questions they have or liaising them with the appropriate departments. Our aim is to offer the best parent experience and ensure that the re-enrolment process is completed smoothly and timely.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide extraordinary, personalised customer service
- Engage with our parents through verbal or written communication and guide them through the process
- Capture, track and analyze data
- Provide actionable reports on the activity and cascade actions to different stakeholders
- Coordinate with academics, finance or other departments in the school
- Remove roadblocks or escalate to the manager or respective department

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Language: fluent both in English and French
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage in an empathetic, yet effective manner
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude
- Results-oriented
- Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Optional: Familiarity with the iSams platform
- CONDITIONS
- It is important that the post holder is always aware of Child Protection guidelines and observes a professional distance from students whilst still developing effective working and caring relationships. You understand and embrace the importance of diversity and inclusion and stand against discrimination in any form. Background investigations and reference checks for the past ten years will be conducted during the selection process.
