N Service Learning Management System Administrator

As part of its ongoing innovative projects to serve it community Members, Nexus Automotive International developed several initiatives of which Service Concept.
**Job Purpose**
The NEXUS Service department is responsible for all products, tools and services for independent garages and distributors:
- Garage network concepts (NEXUSAUTO, NEXUSTRUCK brands, etc.)
- Platforms (parts ordering, training, lead generation, etc.)
- Solutions (technical information, technical assistance, etc.)
The Learning Management System (LMS) is one of the offers proposed to NAI extensive community. The **N Service Learning Management System Administrator,** whose function is created, plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining the LMS to ensure effective learning experiences.
Main missions
The **N Service Learning Management System Administrator** is responsible for all functions required for the proper use of the services offered by the LMS platform, whether in terms of implementation for users, content and usages, security, maintenance or updates. He/she must ensure that the LMS is used correctly, is accessible, and provide support in resolving problems with his/her various contacts (IT, users, providers, etc.).
For that purpose, he/she will perform the following activities to ensure the overall success of the N Academy learning programs.
- User Management at central level by managing the international users and supporting the local organizations (business units, members, users) in their daily activities:
- Create and manage user accounts.
- Assign roles and permissions based on user responsibilities.
- Handle user account issues, such as password resets and account troubleshooting
- Course Management at international and local level:
- Upload and organize course content.
- Create and manage course catalogs.
- Set up and schedule courses, including start and end dates.
- Administrate calendar events related to the different activities
- Content Management:
- Administrate international webinars and support the organization of local initiatives.
- Manage multimedia content, including videos, documents, and presentations.
- Ensure content is up-to-date and relevant.
- Monitor content usage and make necessary updates.
- Enrollment Management:
- Handle course enrollments and withdrawals.
- Manage waitlists for popular courses.
- Monitor and enforce enrollment policies.
- Progress Tracking:
- Track learner progress and performance.
- Generate and analyze reports on user activity.
- Identify and address issues related to completion rates.
- Create and monitor activity reports for international and local training activities.
- Communication and Notifications:
- Communicate with users regarding system updates, new courses, and other relevant information.
- Set up and manage automated notifications for course deadlines and announcements.
- Support the yearly program communication to the different targeted populations.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical support for users encountering issues with the LMS as a level 1 for the international users and a level 2 for the local users.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues promptly (LMS agency, internal and external IT teams).
- Integration Management:
- Integrate the LMS with other systems, such as HR systems or external databases (Network Management Platform, Workshop Operating Platform ).
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy through integrations.
- Security and Compliance:
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect user data.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations (Swiss law, GDPR, US )
- Maintain compliance with industry guidelines.
- User Training:
- Conduct training sessions for users on how to navigate and use the LMS.
- Create documentation and tutorials for users.
- Ensure training, documentation creation for local administrators.
- LMS Configuration:
- Configure system settings and preferences.
- Customize the LMS interface to align with the organization's branding and requirements.
- Ensure testing and installation of the necessary plugins.
- Create the different tenants based on end-users’ specific requirements.
- Upgrades and Maintenance:
- Monitor for updates and new features in the LMS.
- Plan and execute system upgrades and maintenance activities in coordination with the LMS support agency.
- Functionalities & Data Quality:
- Perform regular testing to identify and resolve bugs or issues.
- Ensure that the LMS is running smoothly and efficiently.
