Unterstütze mehrere Partner*innen und deren Teams in administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen

Verwalte, koordiniere und überwache interne sowie externe Termine, Anlässe und Geschäftsreisen

Erstelle und bearbeite Präsentationen in Powerpoint und Auswertungen in Excel

Erstelle Dokumente in Word aller Art, wie z.B. Auftragsbestätigungen, Mandats-Annahmeerklärungen etc.

Finalisiere Revisionsstellenberichte: Layout, Sprache, Formatierung, Produktion für Onlineplattform und Versand

Überwache Umsatzlisten und erstelle Kundenrechnungen termingerecht

Pflege und aktualisiere die Kundendatenbank

Übernehme allgemeine Innendienstaufgaben und die Stellvertretung im Team

Deshalb bist du erfolgreich

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Lehre oder gleichwertige Ausbildung

3+ Jahre in einer ähnlichen Funktion

Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Sehr gute Anwendungskompetenz in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)

Diskrete, zuverlässige und exakte Arbeitsweise

Koordinieren und Prioritäten setzen gehören zu deinen Stärken

Du bist eine motivierte und belastbare sowie flexible Persönlichkeit, die gerne aktiv mitdenkt und Verantwortung übernimmt
