Aufgaben

Als Manager Consulting Financial Services in Zürich bist Du für folgende Aufgaben zuständig:

- Unterstützung beim Aufbau unserer Consulting Services im Financial Services Bereich
- Leitung/Durchführung von Beratungsprojekten bei Banken oder Versicherungen in den Bereichen Governance, Risikomanagement und Compliance oder Finance Transformation
- Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung unserer Teams und Talente
- Mitwirkung bei der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung der Mazars-Strategie für Financial Services
- Falls gewünscht: Mitarbeit bei M&A Projekten, Audits oder FINMA Untersuchungen im Financial Services Bereich

Qualifikation

Wir suchen eine motivierte Persönlichkeit, die bereit ist zu investieren und sich weiter zu entwickeln. Um diese Aufgaben mit Freude und Erfolg zu erfüllen, hast Du:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Wirtschaft, BWL oder VWL)
- Berufliche Weiterbildung im Bereich Project Management von Vorteil
- Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung bei einer Beratungs
- oder Prüfgesellschaft
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch ist ein Pluspunkt
- Motivation und Interesse, Deine Karriere in einer führenden Rolle in der Beratung in einem innovativen und schnell wachsenden Umfeld weiterzuentwickeln
- Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Teams und der Entwicklung von Geschäftsaktivitäten von Vorteil
