**Position**:
**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
The E-Commerce B2B Customer Service Intern has to assist the B2B Customer Service Manager in the management of B2B Ecommerce Customers’ needs and requirements.

**CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

Support the Customers in terms of shipments, returns, and credit notes process;
Support the Customers with the product information filling in the specific master File;
Support the entering of the order in the system during the sales campaign and monitoring that all orders are entered in to the system within given deadlines;
Support the entering of re-orders when needed;
Prepare and send the order confirmations within the due deadline;
Prepare and send pro - forma invoices for customers with cash in advance payment.

**Requirements**:
**REQUIRED COMPETENCES**:
Excellent knowledge of English Language, Russian or any other language will be a plus;
Good knowledge of Excel;
Able to communicate and co-operate within and across departments;
Good organizational skills, flexibility and team working;
Precise and details focused;
Any short experience as Customer Service will be a plus.
