Position:

CORE JOB ACTIVITIES
The target is to insert, update and maintain accurate data on Company systems and in archives.

Keep all information and records confidential.

Possible other duties.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
• Keep information confidential

Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS

• Typing speed and accuracy
• Trustworthy with strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferably economic)
• Rapid adaptability to new problemsolving;
• Very strong Excel/Access/PowerPoint skills, experience with business intelligence software such as Micro Strategy, IT general capability.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure while managing multiple projects
• Ability to work in a team environment, strong multitask skills, ability to adapt to a constantly changing work environment.
• Good English, written and spoken.
