Accounting Assistant

Overview:
Permanent, full-time, hybrid (4 days per week in an office) #LI-Hybrid #LI-SD1
To assist the Switzerland Finance Team in the Monthly Accounting Cycle and undertake Financial & Management Accounting tasks as required in respect of Cotton Distributors Inc ( part of the StoneX group)
**Responsibilities**:
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Checking and creating accounting documents
- Issue and send debit/credit notes related to landing reports
- Request for payment to customers/suppliers for the amount in our favour+ follow-up, reminders
- Full processing of requests for weight adjustments and commissions
- Overheads payments, Supplier Payments, Customers and Agents
- Check fee note and VISA as well as accounting
- Tasks related to annual closure
- Treatment of day’s cash receipts
- Updating the opened invoices file
- Accounting invoice of freight invoices
Qualifications:
- Swiss CFC commercial employee
- Minimum B1/B2 English
