**Communications Administrator 60-80%**

We are looking for a **Communications Administrator** who will work closely with the Communications Team Switzerland and others, to assist with delivery of the communications strategy for Switzerland and its respective sponsoring engagement.

**The main tasks and responsibilities include**:

- Creating and maintaining inventory of sponsoring merchandise.
- Supporting the internal promotion of our sponsoring engagements, incl. tendering and distributing tickets to events.
- Responsible for the administrative process for sponsorships, incl. onboarding, third party due diligence (TPDD, internal questionnaires), and contracts.
- General administrative support, incl. filing of documents and messages, and coordinating external meetings.
- Helping with the distribution of official announcements, including managing distribution lists, and liaising with our mass mailings provider as necessary.

**Qualifications and requirements**:

- Background in business administration, with at least four years of relevant experience.
- Native German speaker with excellent verbal and writing skills in German and English
- Ability to research and summarise different topics
- Experience in working in a large organisation and a fast-paced environment
- Interested in communications or marketing
- A strong team player
- Able to handle different tasks and projects in parallel and to prioritise
- Detail-oriented
- Well organised and a passion for process and structure
- Hands-on mentality and able to work independently
