As a member of the Siemens Smart Infrastructure communications team, this individual contributor will be responsible for the effective planning and implementation of the communications strategy to support the marketing and business objectives of the Solutions and Services business unit.

**Your new responsibilities**
- Prepare communication strategies and campaigns, based on business and marketing plans, to drive key portfolio and offering-related topics
- Implement and manage various communication channels that help drive communication objectives as a part of the integrated communications approach (elements can include, but not limited to, social media, digital communications, trade shows, advertising, public relations, events, promotions, direct mail, website, audio-visual productions, demand generation etc.)
- Develop content to ensure consistency of messaging in internal and external communications (e.g., internet, intranet, advertising, press activities, presentations, etc.)
- Solid understanding and consistent implementation of corporate brand guidelines
- Research and communicate Business Unit/Segment success stories, projects, products, and innovations
- Evaluate effectiveness of communication by conducting surveys, enquiries, using data analytics and other elements of communication performance management
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, regional communications teams and other business unit teams to achieve the communication objectives of the Solutions and Services business unit.

**Your skills and experience**
- University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Several years of experience in performing the planning, directing, executing, and measurement of communications to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong campaign development and execution skills, including research, analysis, planning and execution of messaging, communications vehicle development and measurement of effectiveness.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
- Experience working across all communications channels - internal and external - with a strong focus on new digital tools
- Strong teaming skills including cross-cultural abilities
- Demonstrates knowledge of organization's business practices and issues
- Ability to track and analyze campaign results
- Ability to work under time constraints across multiple projects
- Budget management experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
