Als Mechanical Engineer mit Fachverantwortung führst du fachlich das Engineering Team und bist verantwortlich, dass die kundenspezifischen Aufträge unter Einhaltung aller Normen und Richtlinien entsprechend den Kundenanforderungen entwickelt werden. Weiter übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben:

- Du bist die 1. Anlaufstelle für technische Fragen für Teammitglieder und andere Abteilungen
- Du koordinierst und pflegst die Arbeitsanweisungen
- Du unterstützt das interne Projektmanagement mit deinem Fachwissen
- Du bist verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Optimierung und Harmonisierung der Arbeitsprozesse

- Du hast langjährige Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Du kennst dich mit Projektmanagement aus
- Wenn du nebst Deutsch und Englisch noch Französisch oder Italienisch sprichst, ist das perfekt
- Du kannst dir vorstellen in einem weiteren Schritt auch Personalverantwortung zu übernehmen
