Für den Bereich
**General Training** der AMAG Academy in
**Schinznach-Bad AG / Lupfig AG**, suchen wir eine begeisterungsfähige Führungskraft mit Konzeptionsstärke, als
**Manager of General Training 100%**.

**Was du bei uns bewegen kannst**:

- Du führst und entwickelst deine Mitarbeitenden und verantwortest das Budget über deine Abteilung
- Du bist zuständig für Trainings und Lehrgänge in verschiedenen Bereichen (Sales, Aftersales, Leadership, Communication, Application und CRM), dazu entwickelst du unsere bestehenden Angebote inhaltlich sowie strategisch weiter
- Du unterstützt dein Team in der Konzeption von Händler
- und Personalentwicklungsprogrammen inklusive der Potenzialanalyse für die Vertriebsorganisation
- Du begleitest die Entwicklung neuer Trainingsformate in Zusammenarbeit mit den Herstellermarken, dem Team Business Development & Innovation und externen Providern
- Du definierst und überprüfst die Trainingsqualität der internen Trainer sowie externen Providern und leitest allfällige Massnahmen ein
- Du unterstützt unsere Geschäftsführer, Verkaufs
- und Serviceleiter bei Fragen zur Qualifizierung ihrer Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Sales / Aftersales

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Höhere Fachausbildung in kaufmännischer oder automobiltechnischer Richtung
- Fachkompetenzen in den Bereichen Personalentwicklung und / oder Coaching durch entsprechende Weiterbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkauf innerhalb der Automobilbranche, zudem bringst du Führungserfahrung mit
- Sicher im Umgang mit MS 365, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Stilsicheres Deutsch, gute mündliche und schriftliche Kenntnisse einer anderen Landessprache sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
- Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten mit vernetzter und unternehmerischer Denkweise
