Für den Bereich
**Business Development & Innovation** der AMAG Academy in
**Schinznach-Bad AG / Lupfig AG**, suchen wir eine begeisterungsfähige Führungskraft mit Organisationsstärke, als
**Manager of Business Development & Innovation 100%**.

**Was du bei uns bewegen kannst**:

- Du führst und entwickelst deine Mitarbeitenden aus den Bereichen Content Management, Innovation sowie Product Owner (LMS) und verantwortest das Budget deiner Abteilung
- Du baust Beziehungen zu Bildungsinstitutionen, Technologieanbietern sowie relevanten Partnern auf und prüfst die Akquise neuer Kunden, um die Academy zu stärken
- Du überwachst und analysierst den Bildungsmarkt (Schwerpunkt Automotive) und gibst Inputs zur Strategieanpassung und zu Projekten
- Du stellst sicher, dass die Implementierung, Weiterentwicklung und Verwaltung der Bildungs
- sowie Schulungstechnologien optimal erfolgt
- Du verantwortest mit deinem Team die Kommunikations
- und Marketingmassnahmen der Academy; Website, LinkedIn-Kanal, LEARN-Beiträge und PartnerNet
- Du erarbeitest aufgrund von Marktanalysen neue Trainingsangebote und stellst eine optimale Angebotsstruktur sicher

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Höhere kaufmännische Fachausbildung (FH/HF) in Marketing, Innovation Management oder ähnliches
- Fachkompetenzen in den Bereichen Personalentwicklung und / oder Coaching durch entsprechende Weiterbildung oder Berufserfahrung
- Du bringst Führungserfahrung mit und hast vorzugsweise Branchenerfahrung in der Automobilindustrie
- Sicher im Umgang mit MS 365, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Stilsicheres Deutsch, sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Französisch
- sowie Englischkenntnisse
- Verhandlungsgeschick mit vernetzter und unternehmerischer Denkweise
