**Lab Manager Assistant (M/F/d) - research / data management / G-Suite / English / German**

**Role**:
For our client a Pharma company based in Basel we are looking for a **Lab Manager Assistant**(M/F/d).

**Background**:
The manager of this position holds a special position where she oversees overall

management. A lot of the role is to be involved with lab supply management & waste

management. The contractor will be learning from and working closely with the manager.

**Task & Responsabilities**:

- Verifying receipt of supplies, keeping order tracking sheets up-to-date

- Working closely with team members to provide effective solutions to support research and

- Ensuring that lab personnel follow industry standards and safety regulations

**Must Haves**:

- Finished apprenticeship preferably as Lab Technician (Biology, Chemistry) or University

Degree in relevant areas
- 1-3 years experience working in a research laboratory in close collaboration with research

associates and scientists
- First experience in database and machine-maintenance data management
- Experience in regulatory compliance and laboratory safety
- Good skills in G-Suite, experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) is a plus
- Very good spoken and written skills in English and German
- Physically fit (walking around 8km per day, carrying 25kg canisters)
- Excellent analytical and self-organizational skills, attention to detail and diligent working

- Politically correct attitude and able to deal with conflict and stay calm
- Team player with solution-oriented, proactive and agile working style
